It has two dances associated with it: the Classic Version (comprised of a Quartet dance done by four female coaches) and an alternate "Extreme Version" (comprised of a Solo dance done by a male coach). In the series, the Classic Version was originally marked with a Medium difficulty rating, though it has switched to an Easy difficulty rating while the Extreme Version was originally marked with a Hardest difficulty rating that has switched to an Extreme difficulty rating. Neither of the dances originally had effort ratings, though they have since been given: Low for the Classic Version and Intense for the Extreme Version.
