Beauty and a Beat is a song in the main series of Just Dance, officially appearing for Just Dance 4. It is by Justin Bieber featuring Nicki Minaj.
Synopsis[]
Beauty and a Beat is a song in Just Dance 4 and is also featured in Just Dance 2014, Just Dance 2015, Just Dance Now and the Just Dance Unlimited service. It has one dance associated with it: a Solo dance done by a male coach. In the series, it was originally marked with a 3 difficulty rating, though it has switched to a Hard difficulty rating. It originally had no effort rating, though it has since been given a Moderate effort rating.
In Just Dance 4, Beauty and a Beat has a mashup marked with a 2 difficulty rating, though it is no longer available to unlock except in the Wii and Wii U renditions where it is a prize a user can land on in the Wheel of Gifts (However, if it was redeemed prior to it not being available, then it is still available in the game.) Additionally, Beauty and a Beat has a Wii U rendition exclusive Puppet Master, though it is locked until a user lands on it in the Wheel of Gifts. Beauty and a Beat also has a Battle between Call Me Maybe that is marked with a 1 difficulty rating, though it is locked until a user lands on it in the Wheel of Gifts.
In Just Dance 2014 and Just Dance 2015, Beauty and a Beat appears as a downloadable song, though it no longer available for purchase in the Wii renditions. (However, if it has been purchased and saved prior, then it is still available to play.)
In the Just Dance Unlimited service, Beauty and a Beat is featured under the "Grimoire" Dance Quest, though the Dance Quest is only available through the service in Just Dance 2016 and Just Dance 2017.
Setting[]
The dance takes place mostly outside of a city at night. The city would have many elements in the sky such as auroras and a rising star. When the beat breaks occur, the city turns into an interchanging backdrop of blue bokeh lights and abstract lines. In the bridge, the city turns into a backdrop filled with yellow bokeh lights.
